Eco Villa Plan & Approval

Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500

I own a plot in Pasali village, Velhe taluka (Pune district) and am ready to turn it into a small, eco-minded Airbnb getaway. I need a complete architectural package that covers two fronts:

1. A simple, approval-ready villa design • Spaces required: open-plan living room with kitchen, two or three bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and inviting outdoor areas (garden, sit-out or patio). • Style: eco-friendly aesthetics that sit lightly on the land, with passive-cooling ideas, local materials where practical, and rooftop solar panels integrated from day one.

2. Local authority compliance • Drawings, forms and any supporting calculations prepared exactly to Gram Panchayat standards. • If you can represent the project at the Velhe Panchayat office and secure the actual permission, let me know—this is a strong plus.

When you reply, please include: • Your lump-sum fee for the complete scope (planning + approval assistance). • Estimated timeline from first sketch to stamped drawings. • Whether you will personally handle, or partner to handle, the on-ground approval process.

AutoCAD / Revit, SketchUp, or any equivalent BIM workflow is fine as long as the final PDFs and prints meet local submission norms. Site visits are possible if you are Pune-based; otherwise clear coordination over video calls will work.
