Minimalist Villa Interior Design

Budget: $30 - $250

Full villa interior design — G+1 private villa — space by space starting with master bedroom suite. I have approved architectural drawings and will share them immediately after hiring. All design must be based on my actual floor plans, not invented layouts. The full villa includes: entrance hall, family area, dining area, kitchen, pantry, guest bedroom, maid room, laundry, stores, toilet on the ground floor. Master bedroom suite, bedroom 1, bedroom 2, upstairs seating area, and balcony on the first floor. We work space by space. First space is the master bedroom suite which includes sleeping area, dressing area, and bathroom as one single scope — not split, not priced separately. Master bedroom key requirement: a simple wooden partition wall separating the sleeping area from a small seating area, with a TV mounted in the center of the partition visible and usable from both sides. Style: simple, modern, minimalist, medium budget, warm neutral tones, realistic and buildable, contractor-friendly. No marble feature walls, no luxury overdesign, no ornate details, no palace style. Required deliverables per space: 2D layout plan with dimensions, minimum 4 to 5 rendered views from different angles, wall elevations especially for the TV partition wall, material schedule, basic lighting plan. Payment is milestone-based per space. I will not pay upfront in full. Must use actual floor plans. Must quote the full suite as one package.
