Australian Home Renovation Drafting - 31 Poolman St Port Melbourne

Budget: $15 - $25/hr

I already hold a full set of original working architectural drawings for my home and now want to update kitchen/meal area. The scope centres on the kitchen and living room.

For the kitchen I intend to reconfigure the current layout, introduce new cabinetry, upgrade the appliances and push the rear wall out of the existing property. In the living room I’m looking to reshape the internal layout, claim a little extra floor area and refresh the overall interior design.

What I need from you is a draft concept drawing that can be updated to a council-ready drawing package that builds on the existing plans I will supply. You will translate the proposed changes into updated floor plans, elevations and any supporting sections or details necessary for builders and local approval. Please use Australian residential drafting conventions and note any compliance considerations with the NCC/BCA as you work.

Deliverables • Updated floor plan, elevations and sections showing the new kitchen and living room layouts • Dimensioned drawings in PDF and DWG/DXF formats • A brief drawing register and notes sheet outlining any key code references or material changes
