Freelance Interviewer: Sales & Ops Hiring

Budget: ₹1500 - ₹12500

My export-manufacturing business is scaling quickly, so I’m delegating the first and second interview round to an experienced freelance interviewer who can swiftly separate strong talent from the rest and present a polished short-list for final consideration.

Three roles need to be filled simultaneously—Sales Representative, Operations Manager, and Customer Service Representative—so the screening conversations must probe both commercial drive and operational discipline. For the Sales Representative slot, you’ll be validating experience in export sales, familiarity with the manufacturing industry, and a proven B2B track record. When talking with Operations Manager candidates, drill into their process-optimization wins, hands-on team leadership, and supply-chain management depth. Customer Service applicants should demonstrate resilience, accuracy, and a customer-centric mindset tailored to international buyers.
