We at Feonix IT Solutions are expanding our recruitment services in the United States and are seeking a proactive and well-connected Business Development Partner to help us grow our empanelment base.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and engage organizations within the IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other relevant sectors that are open to onboarding us as an approved recruitment vendor, particularly for mid-level management and senior executive hiring.

Scope of Work: • Research and identify relevant target organizations across the United States • Connect with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, etc.) • Initiate conversations regarding vendor empanelment • Secure verified interest in empanelment discussions (email confirmations, meeting invites, or equivalent) • Provide insights into each company’s hiring challenges and recruitment gaps

Deliverables: • A curated list of high-quality target companies • Verified proof of engagement or interest from each organization • Brief notes on hiring needs and pain points to support our pitch strategy

Relevance of companies approached Authentic engagement with decision-makers Conversion into empanelment discussions

Ideal Candidate: • Strong network in US IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related sectors • Proven experience in B2B business development or recruitment partnerships • Existing warm leads will be a significant advantage
