I want to hand the full recruiting cycle for several entry-level administrative openings over to an expert who enjoys the hunt as much as the close. The brief:
• Role focus: front-office and general administrative positions. • Candidate profile: entry-level talent who already shows proven customer service experience (retail, hospitality, help-desk, etc.) and is comfortable with everyday office tools. • Goal: one confirmed hire per open headcount, complete with signed offer and agreed start date.
You’ll own sourcing, friendly yet thorough screening, reference checks, and offer delivery. I’ll supply job specs, company pitch, and access to our scheduling tools; you bring your network, Boolean search tricks, and an engaging outreach style. Regular updates on pipeline health, interview feedback, and time-to-fill keep us synced.
