Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home / Work from anywhere)

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Freelance

Compensation & Earnings Salary: Purely Commission-Based.

Structure: Earn a generous "Success Fee" for every candidate who successfully joins our clients.

Incentives: Commission varies from post to post and company to company (High earning potential for bulk/senior roles).

Payout: Prompt payments once candidate placement is verified.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

Recruitment for Various Sectors: Manage hiring for diverse industries (Solar, Accounting, Sales, Manufacturing, etc.) across India.

Candidate Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and verifying eligibility based on client needs.

Pipeline Management: Maintaining a record of active candidates and following up until the joining date.

Client Representation: Representing ND Global Accounting Services professionally to both candidates and partner companies.

Requirements & Skills Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (Graduates from any stream are welcome).

Experience: Freshers with strong communication or experienced recruiters looking for extra income are both welcome.

Core Skills:

Strong Lead Generation and sourcing techniques.

Excellent telephonic communication and convincing skills.

Proficiency in using job portals and social media for hiring.

Self-disciplined and target-oriented mindset.

Equipment: Must have your own smartphone/laptop and a stable internet connection.
