Corporate Financial Statement Audit Engagement

Budget: ₹400 - ₹750/hr

I need an experienced external auditor to perform a full-scope financial audit of my corporation for the current fiscal year. The assignment covers our balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement, with the objective of issuing an independent auditor’s report that complies with GAAS (or IFRS-aligned standards, depending on your jurisdictional expertise).

You will be granted secure, read-only access to our general ledger, trial balance, and supporting schedules through our cloud accounting platform. I can also arrange virtual walkthroughs of key controls and provide any board minutes or legal correspondence you require.

Key deliverables: • Signed auditor’s report for the three statements • Final, materially accurate financial statements ready for filing and stakeholder distribution • A concise management letter highlighting any internal-control or compliance findings, plus practical recommendations

I expect clear communication on sampling strategy, fieldwork timeline, and any information requests. Please outline your relevant certification (CPA, ACA, etc.), prior corporate audit experience, and projected timeframe for planning, fieldwork, and report issuance.
