Accounting Management Specialist - Contract to Perm

Role Overview We are seeking an Accounting Management Specialist with strong expertise in corporate tax and statutory compliance to join our client's finance team in a dynamic shared service environment . This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in structured, multinational settings and enjoy balancing technical accounting with process improvement. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance Ensure accuracy of financial statements across multiple legal entities. Prepare annual statutory reports in line with both local regulations and international accounting standards . Audit & Tax Liaise with external auditors and consultants to complete annual statutory audits. Support corporate tax compliance, reporting obligations, and documentation requirements. Shared Service Operations Collaborate within a centralized finance structure to maintain standardized processes and controls. Contribute to workflow efficiency and process improvement initiatives. Analysis & Advisory Perform account reconciliations, variance analysis, and provide insights to management. Support management in decision-making with accurate financial data. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation. Strong knowledge of corporate tax regulations and statutory reporting. Prior exposure to a shared service or multinational environment preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to a global finance structure with opportunities for professional growth. Collaborative and structured work environment with a focus on compliance and efficiency. This is a contract to perm role with an MNC, in the East.
