Tally Accounting System Setup

Budget: ₹750 - ₹1250/hr

I need a complete bookkeeping workspace built inside Tally (Prime or ERP 9) so I can run my everyday accounting without spreadsheets. The job starts with creating the company file, moves on to configuring every ledger and group, and ends only when the software can produce three clean statements on demand: Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.

Once opening balances are in, please enter a short run of typical transactions—sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals—so I can see the workflow in action. Stick to standard account classifications, yet feel free to introduce a custom ledger whenever it clarifies tracking.

Deliverables • Tally data file for the company, fully configured • Generated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement as proof of concept • A brief walkthrough (video or illustrated PDF) showing how to post future transactions

Acceptance criteria: the three financial reports open without error, debits equal credits, and every ledger maps to the right group. Value-adds such as voucher classes, cost centres or GST settings are welcome but optional.
