Description: I am launching Nexora Tech, a SaaS-based startup building AI-powered business tools for small and medium enterprises. Our goal is to help businesses automate operations, improve productivity, and make data-driven decisions.

Flagship Products:

• AI Workflow Assistant: Automates repetitive business tasks
• Crypto-Friendly Finance Tracker: Helps businesses manage budgets and crypto-aware transactions
• Analytics Dashboard: Real-time insights on business performance

We are looking to build a reliable remote team to help manage operations, marketing, and growth. This is a long-term opportunity. We are NOT hiring developers at this stage.

Note: While payments are standard (not crypto-only), candidates should have a good understanding of cryptocurrency and digital assets.

Roles Needed (Apply for One Only):

1. Payroll & Finance Specialist Rate: $18–$25/hour

• Manage payroll for a remote global team
• Track expenses and budgets
• Handle invoices and financial reporting
• Understanding of crypto transactions is a plus

1. HR / Operations Manager Rate: $15–$25/hour

• Recruit and onboard freelancers
• Organize workflows and processes
• Manage team communication

1. Digital Marketing Specialist Rate: $20–$35/hour

• Run marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, ads)
• Generate leads and growth strategies
• Experience in crypto or tech space is a plus

1. Project Manager Rate: $20–$30/hour

• Coordinate tasks across team members
• Track deadlines and deliverables
• Familiarity with tech or crypto-related projects preferred

Requirements:

• Proven experience in your role
• Strong communication skills
• Remote work experience preferred
• Basic to strong understanding of cryptocurrency and digital assets
