Architecture Modeling Help Needed - Spatial Volume, Steel Frame, and Enclosure Design

I am looking for an experienced architecture or 3D modeling freelancer to help develop a construction/architecture concept project focused on spatial volume, structural framing, and enclosure design. The work will involve translating an existing concept into a polished model and/or drawings with clear attention to structure, proportion, and presentation quality.

The ideal freelancer should have experience with architectural modeling, technical drawing, and construction-oriented design. Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar tools would be a plus.

Deliverables may include:

3D massing or conceptual model Structural/frame study Enclosure or facade study Clean presentation drawings or diagrams
