Modern Tile Layouts in AutoCAD

I have three key spaces—our living room, bathroom, and kitchen—that all need fresh, modern marble / tile layouts drafted directly in AutoCAD. I will supply the current floor measurements as soon as we agree to work together; what I need back are clear CAD drawings that show exact tile placement, pattern direction, and any required cut sizes so my installer can follow them without guesswork.

Because the style is modern, I am leaning toward clean lines and balanced proportions rather than ornate borders or heavy ornamentation. Feel free to suggest creative inlays or feature walls if they fit a contemporary look; I’m open to ideas as long as they stay within that aesthetic.

When you respond, please highlight the relevant experience you’ve had producing tile or stone shop drawings in AutoCAD (screenshots or a short portfolio link are perfect). Once hired, I’ll look for:

• DWG files for each room with layers named logically • A PDF set for quick on-site reference
