Renovation Construction Drawings Needed

Budget: €250 - €750

I need a full set of construction-ready drawings for the renovation of my single-family house. I already have the original architectural plans in digital form and will supply them as PDFs. Your task XXXX XXXX translate those PDFs into CAD, incorporate the renovation changes we discuss, and return a coordinated drawing package suitable for permit submission and for my contractor to build from.

At a minimum I expect dimensioned floor plans, key elevations, and any sections or details needed to make the scope clear. If you normally add schedules (doors, windows, finishes) or demolition overlays, let me know; I’m open to including them if it streamlines approval. Accuracy is critical—measurements must match the existing PDFs unless we flag something for revision—and the final files should be delivered both as editable CAD (DWG or equivalent) and PDF sheets.

Please tell me how quickly you can turn the PDFs into a clean CAD base and outline the checkpoints you usually follow to confirm the renovation updates before plotting the final set.
