I need a complete Site Establishment Plan (SEP) for an upcoming construction project delivered as a high-resolution PDF. The drawing must mirror the example file I have already shared and include a clear legend.
Key items that must appear on the plan are: • Specific fencing layout marking the entire site perimeter • Clearly defined entry and exit points for both vehicles and pedestrians • Detailed vehicle access routes tied into the surrounding road network
Beyond boundaries and access, please show the usual amenity blocks, lay-down zones, waste areas and any other standard facilities lije site office, first aid room, parking etc
Alongside the drawing, supply a concise one-page narrative explaining why each element sits where it does—your reasoning for traffic flow, safety, logistics, and any regulatory considerations. This written explanation is essential for our internal safety review.
You are free to use your preferred CAD platform, but the final deliverable must be a vector PDF ready for immediate printing at A1.
