SketchUp Duplex Visualization & Kitchen Render

Budget: $15 - $25/hr

I have complete CAD drawings for a duplex and now need them brought to life in SketchUp.

Here’s what I need from you: • A clean site plan laid out accurately on the lot. • A 3D model of the two-unit building that includes all exterior details—roof forms, façade treatments, windows, doors, basic landscaping, driveways, the works. • One photorealistic kitchen interior render in a modern style, finished in neutral tones with warm wood accents.

The CAD set will be supplied right after kickoff. I’ll also share reference photos that capture the mood and material palette for the kitchen so you can match lighting, textures, and overall ambience.

You can use any reliable rendering engine—V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or whichever pipeline you’re fastest with—as long as the final image is crisp, well-lit, and realistic. The SketchUp file should stay organised by layers/tags so it’s easy for me to toggle elements later.

Acceptance criteria • Site plan aligns perfectly to provided dimensions. • 3D model exports without missing geometry or reversed faces. • Kitchen render delivered at 4K resolution, showing cabinetry, counters, appliances and lighting in the specified palette. • All native files (SKP plus texture folders) included on hand-off.
