Professional Profile Platform Development

I need a full-stack web platform that lets individuals register,, and publish a professional profile that highlights only their skills and certifications. Once a profile is live, it must be easily discoverable and viewable by the general public—the “people” audience I serve.

Core functions

• Profile builder focused on skill tags and certification uploads (no work-history or education sections for now) • Public directory with search and filters by skill or certification • Responsive UI so profiles look clean on desktop and mobile • Admin area to moderate accounts, flag inaccurate claims, and generate simple usage reports

Acceptance criteria

1. A new user can register, complete the skills & certifications form, and publish within five minutes.
2. Unregistered visitors can search and open any public profile without logging in.
3. Profiles load in under two seconds on a regular mobile data connection.
4. All user data is stored securely, following basic OWASP guidelines.
5. Source code, database schema, and deployment instructions are handed over on completion.
