Full-Stack Website & Web-App Consultation

I’m looking for a seasoned full-stack developer who can walk me through the entire lifecycle of building a modern website and its accompanying web application. My immediate goal is to understand, plan, and eventually implement a robust solution that covers:

• Front-end architecture

• choosing frameworks (React, Vue, or similar), structuring components, handling state, and setting up responsive UI so the final product feels native on both iOS and Android devices. • Back-end design
• explaining REST vs GraphQL, setting up secure APIs, and selecting a language/runtime (Node, Python, or comparable) that best fits the project scale. • Database strategy
• schema design, relational vs NoSQL trade-offs, indexing, migrations, backups, and performance tuning. • DevOps essentials
• repository structure, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation with Docker, environment management, and affordable cloud hosting options. • Security & compliance
• authentication flows, role-based access, OWASP best practices, and data considerations.

What I’d like as deliverables: a clear technical roadmap (architecture diagram, recommended stack, deployment flow), concise implementation guidelines I can follow, and a short Q&A session to clarify lingering doubts.
