Flutter Grocery Delivery App Build

I want a full-stack grocery delivery solution built exactly on the stack below:

• Flutter (Dart) for the customer-facing Android app, organised so it can later be compiled for iOS with minimal refactor. • React (or vanilla JavaScript if you prefer) for a web-based admin panel that supports multiple admins logging in at the same time. • Firebase for auth, real-time database / Firestore, cloud functions and push messaging. • VPS with Nginx that I will supply for hosting all product images.

Core customer features must include secure phone or e-mail sign-up/(OTP over SMS and Firebase Auth), a smooth product search & filter flow, and an in-app payment checkout. I also need push notifications for order status plus SMS alerts when relevant.

I will cover Play Store and hosting costs myself; what I need from you is the complete, production-ready codebase, well-commented and handed over in Git, along with brief set-up documentation so I can redeploy or run local builds without guesswork.
