Custom Field Service Software Suite

I’m ready to commission a complete, cloud-based field service platform—think Housecall Pro levels of polish, but purpose-built for my workflow rather than copied feature for feature. The solution has two main parts:

1. Web Admin Portal The browser interface must let me control every aspect of operations. I need user management to set roles and permissions, robust report generation for performance and financial insights, and a drag-and-drop service scheduling board. Please build in a client database so we can keep detailed customer histories side by side with jobs, plus an analytics dashboard that aggregates KPIs at a glance.

Real-time messaging between office staff and technicians, live map tracking of active jobs, and a secure payments module (cards, ACH, optional wallet integrations) are mandatory. The portal should also serve as the single source of truth for price books, tax rules, and notification templates.

1. Native iOS & Android Apps for Techs Field technicians need streamlined job scheduling, two-way customer communication (push, SMS, and in-app chat), and the ability to create estimates and convert them into invoices on the spot. Location services will feed the live map in the admin portal, and offline mode should queue updates until connectivity returns.

Tech stack is your call—Laravel + Vue, Node + React, or another modern framework—as long as it’s well-documented, scalable, and pairs cleanly with Swift/Kotlin front ends. Firestore, PostgreSQL, or similar SQL/NoSQL back ends are fine, but justify your choice.
