I need a detail-minded virtual assistant who can move smoothly between data entry, marketing execution, and light research.

Data & CRM work comes first: you’ll keep our databases current and enter new customer information accurately in Google Sheets and our cloud CRM. On the marketing side you’ll curate weekly social media posts, draft and schedule email newsletters in Mailchimp (or similar), and help polish short pieces of content so they are ready for publishing. When time allows, you will also run market research—collecting statistics, sourcing articles, and packaging insights into concise summaries I can act on.

I work best with someone who is comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, HubSpot (or any modern CRM), Mailchimp, basic Canva, and the usual social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Meta Business Suite. Clear written English, a knack for organisation, and consistent turnaround times are essential.

Deliverables I will look for • Clean import-ready CSVs when bulk data arrives • Social media calendar with posts scheduled seven days ahead • Draft email campaigns ready for review twice a month • Research brief summarising market trends and sources as assigned
