I need a resourceful freelancer who can use Bayut and similar portals to gather listings in both Dubai and Sharjah that fit my criteria.

What I expect from you is a concise spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) that shows for each property: Link, agents name and if they have photos, video walkthrough or virtual tours.

Use Bayut as the primary reference but feel free to cross-check Property Finder, Dubizzle or other reputable UAE portals to make sure the information is still live and accurate. I will spot-check random entries, so accuracy and up-to-date links are important.
