Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for Ulstein Digital's services
Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities
Build long-term relationships across customer organisations and act as a trusted commercial advisor
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
Work closely with the development team to provide customer- and market-driven insights
Collaborate with other Ulstein entities to deliver integrated value propositions
Contribute to marketing activities, events, and commercial campaigns
Qualifications & Experience
Proven commercial experience in B2B sales, ideally within maritime technology, digital solutions or SaaS
Strong understanding of maritime operation, vessel systems, or digital transformation in the maritime sector
Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and close deals
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Norwegian
Ability to work independently while collaboration across teams and companies
Willingness to travel as required
