Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for Ulstein Digital's services

  • Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities

  • Build long-term relationships across customer organisations and act as a trusted commercial advisor

  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations

  • Work closely with the development team to provide customer- and market-driven insights

  • Collaborate with other Ulstein entities to deliver integrated value propositions

  • Contribute to marketing activities, events, and commercial campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven commercial experience in B2B sales, ideally within maritime technology, digital solutions or SaaS

  • Strong understanding of maritime operation, vessel systems, or digital transformation in the maritime sector

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and close deals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Norwegian

  • Ability to work independently while collaboration across teams and companies

  • Willingness to travel as required
