- Refenti Realty Group (KT Project) Department: Commercial / Sales Reports To: CEO Location: Addis Ababa Project: Refenti Bole 1 (KT Project) Position Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the sales strategy for the Refenti Bole 1 (KT) development. The role focuses on driving unit sales, managing the sales pipeline, supervising the sales team, and ensuring professional client engagement throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Manager will work closely with management to ensure the project’s market positioning, pricing strategy, and customer experience support successful absorption of inventory. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution Implement the approved sales strategy for the KT project. Develop and maintain a structured sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow. Achieve project sales targets and revenue milestones. Monitor market conditions and competitor offerings to adjust tactics accordingly. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management Identify and pursue qualified buyers and investor leads. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations. Manage negotiations and close sales agreements with buyers. Maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and potential investors. Sales Pipeline & Reporting Track and manage all leads, prospects, and deals through the sales cycle. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and transactions. Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to management. Sales Team Supervision Supervise and guide sales executives or agents assigned to the project. Ensure consistent sales messaging and professional client engagement. Support the team in deal closing and complex negotiations. Sales Operations Coordination Coordinate with legal and finance teams on contract preparation, payment schedules, and documentation. Ensure proper handling of reservations, agreements, and client documentation. Support management in refining pricing strategy, promotions, and sales campaigns. Market Intelligence Gather market insights related to pricing, buyer preferences, and competing developments. Provide management with recommendations to strengthen project positioning.
