The Role
We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Airlines Industry Relations Team as members of the Airlines Support team. The main objective of the Airlines Industry Relations Team is to assist Etraveli Group in maintaining its position as one of the leading Online Travel Agencies globally, and the Airlines Support team plays a crucial role in achieving this objective.
As a Coordinator - Airline Account Management, you will be primarily responsible for reviewing and updating internal settings and documents that define Etraveli Group’s commercial relationship with Consolidators and B2B. You will also actively support the Account Managers in their effort to manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities with new potential business partners, with a primary focus on Consolidators and B2B, and providing support for airline-related tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Review and update all settings, related to our commercial relationship with Consolidators, B2B and Airlines, in our Internal tool (EDVIN).
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimizing our collaboration with different partners.
- Support Account Managers in preparation for meetings (spot open topics around sourcing, data analysis, creating presentations to address open and commercial topics).
- Monitor sales performance for Consolidators and B2B that we have a commercial relationship with, including occasional reporting for Airlines.
- Provide feedback to different teams within the company and participate in cross-departmental ad-hoc projects.
- Organize marketing actions.
- Be the owner of different internal documents that are being used from various teams.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc Degree in a business-related field
- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in analyzing data & producing reports to measure the impact of existing and new partnerships on our business through Microsoft Excel or Google Suites
- Experience working with GDS systems (NDC and API will be considered positively) will be considered as an asset.
- Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic to undertake new tasks and participate in various projects
- Experience working with KPIs
- Communication skills and excellent command of the English language
- Problem-solving skills, ability to act proactively, take initiatives and demonstrate a can-do attitude focusing on producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment
- High level of responsibility and integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes
