Logistics Officer (AIR)

SYNTRANS Logistics Plc, is seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team in the following positions.. Key Responsibility - Execute assigned air freight import and export shipments based on requested service or shipping terms. - Prepare, verify, and maintain shipment documentation, including AWB, invoices, packing lists, permits, and special cargo documentation. - Coordinate with airlines, handling agents, and internal teams to ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time - Track shipment progress and provide updates to the Team Leader, Logistics Specialist, and clients as required - Assist in handling special cargo (dangerous goods, perishables, high-value items) under the guidance of the Specialist or Team Leader - Support the Logistics Specialist and Team Leader in resolving operational issues related to assigned shipments - Maintain accurate records, files, and system updates for all assigned shipments - Ensure compliance with company SOPs, airline requirements, and regulatory guidelines
