Job Summary the Finance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organization’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, taxation, and cash flow management. This role ensures full compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and IFRS standards, while delivering strategic financial insight to drive growth, efficiency, and sustainability. A core priority is to maintain a healthy, high-performing finance department through strong leadership, automation, and capacity building. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Lead the execution of the company’s financial strategy, planning, and budgeting processes. 2. Develop and implement finance policies and standard operating procedures aligned with company strategy. 3. Oversee core finance functions: accounting, cost control, reporting, tax, budgeting, and cash management. 4. Supervise finance leadership and senior staff, Senior Accountants, and Accountants. 5. Establish and enforce financial policies, internal controls, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems. 6. Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and legal requirements. 7. Manage external audits, oversee audit readiness, and implement recommended corrective actions. 8. Analyze financial results, support pricing strategies, and deliver cost insights to business units. 9. Oversee payroll, tax, and pension administration, ensuring timely statutory payments. 10. Provide regular financial reports to management, government bodies, and shareholders as required. 11. Lead financial forecasting, variance analysis, and risk management initiatives. 12. Compare actual vs. budgeted performance, investigate variances, and report findings to management. 13. Prepare and submit balance sheets, income statements, cash flow reports, and liquidity reports based on Standard and demand 14. Conduct financial training and evaluate the performance of finance staff and non-finance managers as needed. 15. Cascade strategic plans to departmental and individual employee levels. 16. Drive automation and digitization of internal finance processes. 17. Prepare Report Balance sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow, liquidate and Report as per the demand. 18. Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports based on internal and external stakeholder needs. 19. Promote a healthy, collaborative, and transparent finance department culture. 20. Identify and track departmental health metrics and report them to executive management. 21. Build staff capacity through training, mentoring, and structured development plans. 22. Monitor and improve audit findings and advise management on areas for corrective action. 23. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to government authorities by applicable laws. 24. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Director.
