Job Summary The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, tracking stock levels, receiving and issuing goods, and ensuring that all store operations are carried out accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain proper documentation of all store activities. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials Issue stock to various departments based on approved requisitions Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels daily Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies immediately Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items for easy retrieval Monitor stock usage to prevent shortages or overstocking Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area Prepare and submit inventory reports to management Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Work closely with the procurement and operations teams to ensure seamless supply flow Qualifications OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant field 1–3 years experience as a Store Keeper or in store / inventory management Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software is an added advantage Excellent organization and record-keeping skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Important Requirements: Applicants must reside within Ikoyi, Osapa/Orchid, or Admiralty Road (Lekki). Only candidates living in these areas will be considered. This requirement is mandatory due to proximity to our outlet locations.
