Graphic Designer, Senior Digital Designer

SOLMAR is a Ukrainian womenswear brand focused on timeless essentials that combine comfort, versatility, and modern style. We are actively expanding into the U.S. market and building a strong ecommerce presence for international growth.

We are looking for a designer with strong original ideas who can create impactful creatives for digital channels and contribute to the brand’s growth through fresh and effective visual concepts.

What you’ll do: Create static and animated creatives for Meta and Google advertising campaigns. Use AI tools on a daily basis to produce high quality visual content and speed up creative production. Research references and inspiration, then adapt ideas to match the brand identity and ecommerce goals. Ensure strong visual clarity and readability across all creative materials. Develop both static and motion concepts that support performance marketing.

What’s Important:

Strong portfolio with clear examples of performance focused creatives. Confident use of AI tools for content generation including Nano Banana and Gemini. Advanced skills in Photoshop and Figma with the ability to edit and adapt materials quickly. Ability to suggest hooks and angles, not just execute design tasks. Experience creating creatives for performance channels such as Meta and Google. Structured work with templates and proven formats while continuously improving them. Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate concepts from scratch.

Nice to Have: Experience working with U.S. or international ecommerce projects. Experience creating motion or video creatives for digital advertising.
