- Role Summary
We are hiring a Graphic Designer focused on static creatives for Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).
Your primary focus is simple:
➡️ Execute the ads visually based on the briefs we provide.
We handle the copy, angles, hooks, direction, concepts, and messaging — you bring it to life in a clean, high-performing design.
In addition, one day per week, the entire team will spend a couple of hours on:
- Customer understanding & empathy research
- Analyzing what is actually working inside the ad account
- Finding new angles and opportunities
- Reviewing winning creatives to double down on them
- Brainstorming new concepts, visual styles, and formats
This ensures we all stay aligned, learn together, and continuously improve our creative output as a team.
You’ll work primarily in Figma, and the workflow will be structured and easy to follow.
- Responsibilities
- Turn briefs (copy, angle, offer, theme) into finished static ad creatives in Figma
- Create clean, premium, on-brand layouts optimized for Meta ads
- Deliver multiple visual variations when needed
- Ensure all creatives follow Nordic Ritual’s visual identity
- Prepare and organize Figma files so they are easy to update and reuse
- Collaborate with the marketing team for feedback and improvements
- Join weekly creative review & customer insights sessions to strengthen your understanding of our audience
- Occasionally design related assets (simple banners, email graphics, thumbnails)
- Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Proven experience deg static creatives for Meta ads
- Strong skills in Figma (primary tool)
- Portfolio showing e-commerce or direct-response ad creatives
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to execute briefs fast and accurately
- Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
- Comfortable giving & receiving feedback in a positive, team-oriented way
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience deg for TikTok, YouTube, or Google Display
- Basic photo editing (skin, product, background cleanup)
- Light motion/animation skills (not required)
- Success Metrics (KPIs)

- Number of quality ad creatives delivered weekly
- Turnaround time from brief → first version → final
- Visual consistency across campaigns
- Performance indicators from the ad account (CTR, TSR, CPR)
