URGENT: Versatile Design/Dev + Marketing Expert Needed (SEO/GEO, link-building & Content)

Hello! :)

I'm seeking a versatile virtual assistant to join my team for 15+ hours per week (minimum).

MUST have strong English skills

The role involves a mix of marketing and admin-related support tasks (product discovery, keyword research, analytics, ICPs, content, landing pages to start with and then ongoing weekly marketing tasks etc).

The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in traffic generation tasks: SEO/GEO, Reddit, blog content, and social media management, as the key task XXXX XXXX offers is to help set up offer pages (landing pages) and drive traffic to them (organic traffic), for existing sites it's to grow our traffic.

Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to generate traffic for the projects you're assigned to over a 3-month probation period. After which your hourly rate will increase and your contract will be extended for a further 9-12-month contract. If you perform exceptionally (above traffic targets), you may be offered a % of revenue share.

Not essential, but graphic design, branding skills in Figma and Canva, and video editing gives you bonus points.

Key Requirements: Primary:

• Must know how to make updates (UI/code level) in shopify, wordpress and Figma
• Proficiency in SEO, keyword research (SEMrush etc), link building and traffic generation
• Social media management, design and content creation (blog and email) (primary focus)
• Experience Figma and Adobe illustrator is a bonus (but not essential, just a bonus)
• Strong proficiency in using generative AI for content, video, graphics and vibe coding
• Strong written English for various tasks

Secondary:

• Automation experience in n8n, sumopod, APIs etc (also not essential but a bonus)
• Ability to perform web scraping tasks efficiently, email marketing and excellent English (not just AI)

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience as a virtual assistant with a heavy marketing focus or in a mid-weight marketing or more senior role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Creative flair for design and presentation
• Excellent English communication skills

Ideally looking for candids in Indonesia and/or the Philippines based on similar working hours.

You absolutely MUST be highly organised, have various tools you use to show up on-time to meetings, prepared and maintain and excellent file organsation system as you will be working on multiple projects at once.
