What we offer

• You will interact with C-level at our clients on regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change under the supervision of the Project Managers and Directors.
• You will contribute to creating new business solutions via data driven insights, client interviews, market research, analytical models, etc.

What you will do

• You will play a key role in our project teams, supporting the Manager and interacting often with Directors and Partners
• Under the Manager’s supervision, you will conduct market research, you will hold client interviews, you will develop analytical models and derive business recommendations out of them, to drive positive change in our clients.
• You will play a particular role in the data driven analyses as our clients require more and more that analytical base in business related projects.
• You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops and presentation to clients to share progress
• You will receive a thorough training (formal and ‘on-the-job’), continuous feedback and a close coaching that will ensure your career advancement within the firm.
• And over time, you will be expected to support the development of more junior team members.

What you will bring

• B.A. or M.Sc. degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting, including exposure to PMO environments, and a background in the banking industry are a must.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with talented professionals.
