About the Assignment
You will join an EE Integration team in a large automotive R&D environment focused on safe, secure, and high-quality embedded electrical/electronic architectures. The team supports EE Integration & Test in a modular system landscape and works closely with architects, system owners, and Agile delivery roles.
This is a coordination-focused role where you help create structure across teams, align release content, and keep delivery moving forward in a transparent and quality-driven way. You will work in a cross-functional Agile setting where continuous improvement, collaboration, and clear communication are central to success.
Job Description
- Coordinate Pre-PI planning across Value Coordination Flows.
- Align change request content to secure readiness and feasibility from systemization through integration and verification.
- Plan, organize, and facilitate key meetings and ceremonies in the release process.
- Act as a central coordination point between function architects, technical system owners, vehicle function owners, RTEs, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.
- Monitor integration points and visualize progress toward embedded milestones.
- Support development flows and contribute to efficient, high-quality releases of customer applications.
- Drive continuous improvement in release processes, documentation, task tracking, and team enablement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in coordination, planning, or release management in complex technical environments.
- Experience working in Agile and Lean environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure complex work across multiple teams and timelines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience using Jira for workflow management and progress tracking.
- A proactive, structured, and ownership-driven way of working with strong delivery focus.
- Fluent English and Swedish.
Nice to have
- Experience within embedded systems development.
- Experience from the automotive industry.
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Familiarity with Confluence.
- Experience with OAS.
