Scrum Master

BettingJobs is working with a well-established B2B/B2C business with teams located in several countries globally, they are searching for a Scrum Masterto join their team in Kuala Lumpur. Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across distributed teams
• Act as a servant leader, coaching teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks impacting delivery
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Support alignment and communication between global teams
• Track and report on team progress, velocity, and delivery outcomes
• Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration
• Help scale Agile practices across the organisation Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex, global environment
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams across multiple countries
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate cultural differences and build strong relationships
• Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) preferred Nice to Have:
• Experience in both B2B and B2C environments
• Background in technology, digital products, or software development
• Experience with Agile scaling frameworks
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
