Tester (m/f/d) specializing in test automation in the banking sector

This position involves the development, implementation, and optimization of test automation solutions to ensure the quality of our software products. The focus is on building and maintaining a new web-based test automation environment using modern technologies. The responsibilities of the tester include: • Analyzing requirements and creating automated test scenarios for functional and non-functional tests. • Building, maintaining, and optimizing test automation frameworks. • Executing automated tests, analyzing the results, and collaborating with development teams for bug fixes. • Selecting and implementing suitable tools and technologies for test automation. • Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Continuously improving test automation processes and documenting the results. • Coordinating and managing efficient application testing within the scope of the project. • Conducting release and regression tests. • Documenting test cases, including their results. • Prioritizing test procedures, scope, test cases, and bugs. • Creating and coordinating the test plan within the existing overall project plan. • Evaluation of test objects according to their criticality (risk assessment) to ensure coverage of necessary test priorities. • Method selection during test case creation and execution. • Creation and maintenance of a test concept (test design and test specification). • Coordination and monitoring of test case creation. Monitoring and evaluation of test progress. • Regular bug tracking, i.e., monitoring the processing of identified bugs. • Familiarization with and application of regulatory requirements. • Ticket coordination and processing.
