Goals and deliverablesWe count on you for:Maintain existing implementations using Salesforce development skills including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce, and employ declarative solutions like Flow and Dynamic Forms. Transform business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions. Design, development, and support of Salesforce solutions using best practices in development and deployment. Collaborate with Salesforce Technical Architects and Product Teams to provide estimates and implement solutions aligned with business needs. Support maintenance teams with Incident Management and technical advisory tasks. Conduct technical gap analysis and develop technical design documents for complex solutions. Stay abreast of updates from Salesforce’s periodic releases to enhance platform use.Education and experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related engineering field.4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.Key skills where proven experience will be evaluated during interview, by order of relevance:Knowledge of Development best practicesSalesforce development backend and front-end (Eg. Apex)Flows, Dynamic forms, AutomationsGeneral configuration (point&click solutions) Release management best practices Salesforce API and data integration tools.Core Salesforce modules (Eg.
