  • SolarEdge360 We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Team Leader to lead our SolarEdge360 inside-sales team. This role is responsible for managing the team’s overall sales performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets. The Sales Team Leader will oversee daily sales activities, implement and optimize sales processes, mentor and develop team members, and actively support the team in improving performance and closing deals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong sales background, excellent coaching abilities, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: * Lead and manage an inside-sales team, ensuring high performance and motivation. * Take full ownership of the team’s sales results and target achievement. * Monitor and drive team KPIs and performance metrics. * Implement and improve sales processes and methodologies. * Coach, train, and develop sales representatives to enhance performance. * Support team members in closing deals and overcoming sales challenges.

City: HerzliyaRequirements: * At least 3 years of experience managing an inside-sales team. * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on inside-sales experience (excluding managerial experience). * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills. * Strong proficiency in CRM systems, BI tools, and Excel. * Deep business understanding with the ability to analyze performance and drive data-based decisions. * Experience in financial or insurance sales
