Salary: Thương lượng YOUR MISSION: Shape the Future of Footwear - Lead Our Hyper-Growth Partners.We are moving fast, and we need a new Production Industrialization & Quality Specialist who is ready to move with us.This is not a "maintenance" role, you will sit at the heart of our most ambitious supplier partnerships. Your mission is to transform remote challenges into a new model of autonomy and excellence, driving industrial maturity during a period of explosive growth.You will spearhead the transformation of two high-stakes partners, managing a combined portfolio with a turnover of ~€90M, with significant expansion projected for the future.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Industrialization (Commercialization):Ensure the successful industrialization of new products, from the initial sample phase to full-scale mass production.Lead and collaborate with the supplier to ensure they manage the industrialization process effectively.Co-develop the production control plan with the supplier to manage and mitigate risks.Optimize the first production run to guarantee the quality and technical standards of mass production.Follow up with and support the factory to improve overall production efficiency.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance and optimize production processes.2. Quality Management:Ensure the quality of Component & Product from incoming, inline and before shipment.Ensure that Decathlon Compliance standards (DPR/ Quality/ HRP/ LAB/EVN) and the local regulations are respected and applied.Improve the Quality Management System of your supplier.Ensure the data of quality activities are updated on the system timely and with accuracy.Ensure Cascading routines of Quality are in place with effectiveness.Monitor the quality performance of your suppliers and continuously improve their performance.Participate in Problem solvings to deal with quality issues.Work on the improvement of quality data management flows and tools.
