📋 Description
• Own the company's financial planning cycle: annual budgeting, monthly reforecasting, and revenue, cost, and margin projections at the client level • Manage the full billing process: from contract review and billing model setup to invoice issuance, accounts receivable tracking, and payment reconciliation • Oversee project finances: budget setup, cost allocation, rate card management, margin calculations, and ongoing profitability assessment • Handle accounts payable end-to-end: vendor validation, purchase request processing, invoice verification, expense categorization, and timely payment execution • Manage payroll and contractor payments: consolidate timesheets, calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and contractor fees, and execute payment runs • Lead the monthly financial close and prepare core reporting: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, KPI dashboards, and budget vs. actual variance analysis • Collaborate with accountants to ensure tax reporting accuracy and legal financial compliance • Maintain financial systems and operations: administer QuickBooks / TOConline, manage bank accounts, and keep finance processes documented and up to date.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in a finance role covering both operational and analytical responsibilities • Strong command of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow • Hands-on experience with AR/AP, invoicing, payroll, and contractor payments • Experience with project-level financial management, ideally in an IT services or agency context • Comfortable working with accounting systems (QuickBooks, TOConline, or similar) • Structured, detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills • English B2+ • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
