Interim Intelligent Automation Service Lead

We are seeking an experienced Interim Intelligent Automation Service Lead for our client in the media sector. In this temporary role during April-September 2026, you will maintain operational stability across the Intelligent Automation subdomain, oversee the automation delivery pipeline, and act as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, platform teams, and external partners. Key Responsibilities:

1. Backlog & Intake Ownership · Act as primary owner of the IA backlog, prioritizing work and ensuring clear delivery plans. · Review new automation ideas, perform initial feasibility checks, and coordinate intake with business stakeholders.
2. Service & Delivery Management · Serve as an IA Service Manager for operational automations, small enhancements, and change requests. Coordinate bug fixing or enhancements with partners. o UiPath Process Automation, o UiPath Maestro agentic automation o MS Power Platform solutions and o Copilot Studio agents · Ensure alignment with governance, security standards, and delivery frameworks. · Coordinate with Robotic Operations, Development partners, and Platform Operations teams.
3. Discovery & Process Analysis Support · Facilitate and/or participate in automation discovery workshops. · Support SMEs and business analysts in completing high-level and detailed analyses.
4. Stakeholder Communication & Cross domain Alignment · Act as the main IA contact point for organizational units during this interim period. · Support communication and alignment between Operations domains and teams Required Qualifications · Experience in Intelligent Automation, Process Automation, or Low Code/No Code platforms: UiPath, MS Power Platform. · Strong understanding of automation delivery lifecycles (Discovery → Analysis → Delivery). · Experience coordinating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders. · Familiarity with platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, and Copilot Studio (knowledge level variable; hands-on not required). · Excellent problem-solving, structure, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications · Experience from a Center of Excellence or similar cross organizational automation function. · Previous background in managing vendor partners or multivendor environments.
