For our client we are looking for a Project ManagerWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Agile Team Member

• Release Coordination to join the EE Integration team within the client’s R&D appartment. This is a key team enabling EE Integration & Test, supporting the delivery of safe, secure, and high-quality embedded electrical/electronic architectures within the client’s Modular System.In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional Agile team, contributing to coordination, planning, and execution of release activities. You will play a central role in aligning integration points, supporting development flows, and ensuring efficient and quality-driven releases of customer applications. The team operates in a collaborative environment where continuous improvement, transparency, and teamwork are highly valued.During the initial phase of the assignment, a higher onsite presence is expected to support onboarding and integration into the team. Over time, there will be flexibility to work more remotely depending on project needs and individual performance.Examples of tasks include leading Pre-PI planning coordination across Value Coordination Flows (VCFs), aligning change request content to ensure readiness and feasibility from systemization through integration and verification, organizing and facilitating key meetings and ceremonies within the release process, acting as a central coordination point between function architects, technical system owners, vehicle function owners, and Agile roles such as RTEs, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters, monitoring integration points and visualizing progress toward embedded milestones, and continuously improving release processes including documentation, task tracking, and team enablement.Required Competence includes strong experience in coordination, planning, or release management within complex technical environments, experience working in Agile/Lean environments, strong organizational skills with the ability to structure complex work across multiple teams and timelines, excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels, ability to facilitate meetings and drive alignment, experience using Jira for workflow management and progress tracking, and a proactive mindset with strong ownership and delivery focus.Meriting Experience includes experience within embedded systems development, experience from the automotive industry, previous experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile role, familiarity with Confluence, and experience with OAS (Scania PDM platform).Personal Competencies include a structured and holistic approach to problem solving, strong coordination and planning abilities, a collaborative and service-oriented mindset, ability to handle ambiguity and ensure progress, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a proactive and solution-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.Desired start date: ASAPDuration: 31/12/2026Location: Södertälje, Hybrid 3 On-siteScope: 100%Language: English and SwedishUnder hela uppdraget kommer Ework Services (0,9 %) att dras av från det totala fakturerade beloppet.
