We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to drive e-commerce performance by increasing online sales, improving conversion rates and enhancing customer experience across markets. The role includes optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions and user experience, as well as supporting local teams in implementing the e-commerce platform.
You will analyze data, build dashboards and identify trends to improve performance and marketing efficiency. The role also involves understanding customer behavior, segmenting audiences and contributing to increased retention and lifetime value.
You collaborate with global and local teams to align strategy and execution. To succeed in this role, you are analytical, structured and results-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
Qualifications:
- You have a bachelor’s degree (marketing, business, analytics, or similar)
- You have at least 5+ years in marketing analytics / e-commerce / business analysis
- You have strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights
- You have experience in international environments
Technical skills:
- Tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Excel
- Data: SQL, data visualization, statistical analysis
- E-commerce: funnels, UX, conversion optimization
