Music Production for Personal Song [Searching]

I am looking for a music producer for a personal project. I want to record a short song for my mom in which I rap the lyrics. I already have the music in mind, but I do not play any instruments. I need someone who can play the keyboard and arrange the music to match the instruments I am looking for: a combination of mariachi-style horns, a beat, and a flute. The producer should be able to help bring my vision to life, working with my ideas and style remotely.
