Creative Director for Youtube Content Creator [Urgent]

We are seeking a highly creative and visionary Creative Director to work with XXXX XXXX Bobrow, a globally recognized commentator and personality in table tennis who is expanding his reach into other racket sports, including pickleball. You will be responsible for shaping the direction and soul of all content, ensuring each production, from long-form challenges to short-form trick shots, maintains the high-energy, joyful, and inclusive Snakeman brand. Your main goal is to push creative boundaries and help innovate and grow the channel by refreshing formats, increasing audience retention, and attracting new viewers, all while preserving XXXX XXXX’s unique humor and authenticity. You should be deeply familiar with the YouTube ecosystem, high-retention storytelling structures, and creative strategies that blend entertainment with authenticity. The role involves close collaboration from pitching big ideas to working with editors through post-production, analyzing audience data, and continually innovating content formats for maximum engagement and growth.
