SEO Junior Specialist

About the role We're looking for an SEO Junior Specialist to support one of our senior SEO team members with day-to-day operational tasks. You don't need to be an expert — we'll teach you everything. What matters most is attention to detail, responsibility, and a genuine interest in SEO. What you'll do: Implement meta tags and conduct basic on-page audits Monitor Google Search Console and flag technical issues Assist with keyword research and content brief preparation Compile link-building prospect lists and assist with backlink audits Collect performance data from GA, GSC, and rank trackers Maintain task XXXX XXXX project documentation in ClickUp / Notion What we're looking for: Basic understanding of how SEO works Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Comfortable with Google Docs / Sheets Written English B2–C1 Proactive communication — especially when blocked Nice to have: Any experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, or Ubersuggest Completed SEO course (Google Digital Garage, Semrush Academy, etc.) Familiarity with WordPress or any CMS What we offer: Mentorship from an experienced SEO Specialist from day one Clear growth path → Mid-level SEO Specialist Access to premium tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog Fully remote, async-friendly work Transparent team culture, no micromanagement
