I am looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to design a premium mobile and web app called Chef’s Kiss.

Chef’s Kiss is proprietary technology owned by Pantheras Global Limited.

The app combines:

• Recipe storage
• Recipe import from links, screenshots, photos, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and handwritten recipes
• Meal planning calendar
• Grocery list generation
• Pantry inventory and expiry tracking
• Recipe conversion between US, UK, Australian and metric measurements
• Temperature conversion between Celsius, Fahrenheit, gas mark and fan-forced / conventional ovens
• Thermomix to conventional recipe conversion
• Personal and family recipe ratings
• Allergen flags and AI ingredient alternatives
• Restaurant and dish memories
• Kitchen equipment recommendations with affiliate links
• Creation of printed and digital recipe / memory books

The app must feel premium, elegant, modern and intuitive

• somewhere between Pinterest, Apple Health, Notion, Calm and a luxury cookbook.

Key Features The Designs Must Include:

Recipe Import:

• Import recipes from links, screenshots, photos, PDFs, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and handwritten recipe cards.
• The app should use OCR and AI to automatically extract ingredients, quantities and instructions.

Recipe Conversion:

• Detect if a recipe is US, UK, Australian or metric.
• Convert automatically to the user’s preferred system.
• Example:
• US cup → grams
• Australian tablespoon → US tablespoon
• 350°F → 180°C conventional / 160°C fan-forced
• Clearly display: “Imported from US recipe
• converted to Australian metric.”

Thermomix Conversion:

• Include a simple toggle between:
• Convert recipes both directions.

Family Ratings:

• Allow multiple family members to rate recipes.
• Categories:
• Taste
• Ease
• Cost
• Time
• Family approval
• Children should be able to rate using emoji or faces.

Meal Planning + Grocery Lists:

• Add recipes to a future calendar.
• Automatically create grocery lists.
• Tick off pantry items already at home.
• Only remaining items should appear on the shopping list.

Pantry + Expiry Tracking:

• Track ingredients already owned.
• Track expiry dates.
• Suggest recipes based on what is expiring.

Allergen Flags + Alternatives:

• Flag all types of allergens including:

• Gluten

• Dairy

• Egg

• Nuts

• Soy etc

• Suggest AI-assisted substitute ingredients.

Kitchen Hardware + Affiliate Products:

• Each recipe should show the required hardware / equipment: example
