Interim HRBP 3 months in the first instance **Based Sheffield

  • hybrid working** Salary £51-54,000 FTE

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting one our Public Sector clients to identify an Interim HRBP to join their HR team for a period of 3 months in the first instance based at their Sheffield offices (Hybrid working).

Working closely with the Heads of HR and HR Director the role will provide strategic and operational people management support, ensuring that workforce strategies and initiatives are aligned with organisational objectives, priorities, and values through support on ongoing change projects as well as day to day HR.

Activities will include:

  • Supporting on Tupe Processes
  • Continuous HR System implementation and embedding into the business
  • Restructures across the business
  • Pay & reward initiatives and projects
  • Staff engagement initiative and evaluating outcomes.
  • Leading on L&D and coaching for mangers to develop skills and people management capabilities

To be suitable for this role we’re ideally looking for:

  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Available with 1-2 weeks and able to work from the Sheffield office c3 days per week
  • Experience of working at a senior HRBP level with the influence and confidence to make a difference and get up to speed quickly.
  • Experience of working in complex matrix environments such as Public Sector
