  • Lead the full HR generalist function across the Middle East.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Drive HR strategy aligned with global and regional business priorities.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement robust HR policies and frameworks.
  • Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and change management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and best-practice HR standards.
  • Manage compensation, performance management, and annual HR cycles.

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years proven experience within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced multinational company environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of local HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems and software tools.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving organisational success.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
