The Opportunity We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with a background in modular construction to join a well established contractor delivering specialist projects across the UK.

The business has a strong track record in offsite and modular construction, working across sectors including education, healthcare, and research facilities.

This is a unique scheme with a number of technical and logistical constraints, requiring a confident Site Manager to take ownership on site.

Project Overview The project involves the delivery of a £3.7m modular development within a live university setting, including:

• Installation and coordination of modular units
• Works associated with a specialist brain research facility
• Operating within a constrained and controlled environment
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders across an active campus

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day site operations on a modular build project
• Manage and coordinate modular installation and associated trades
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
• Manage subcontractors and site logistics within a constrained environment
• Liaise with project stakeholders and internal teams
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance throughout

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on modular construction projects
• Experience working within constrained or live environments
• Strong organisational and coordination skills

Certifications:

• SMSTS
• CSCS (Black or Gold)
• First Aid
