Human Resource Officer

Kivulini Schools is seeking a professional and experienced Human Resource Manager to strengthen our people and systems as we continue to grow. Role Overview: You will support HR functions for a dynamic team of about 100 staff across academic and operational units, ensuring accountability, high performance and a positive, professional work environment. This role requires a firm approach to staff management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & onboarding Performance management & staff development Employee relations & workplace culture HR systems, policies & compliance with Kenyan labour laws QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Higher Diploma/IHRM certification is an added advantage 3-5 years' HR experience; MUST have worked in a school setting or have a background in education. Strong knowledge of Kenyan Labour Laws KEY COMPETENCIES Professional, proactive, and organized Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Ability to manage a diverse, dynamic team
